Implementation of urban projects within the Smart Sustainable City concept. The bureau is developing the concept of improvement, urban planning and architecture.

Together with the specialists from the GA Bureau of Initiative Architecture, we developed the concept of a residential town on the Black Sea coast. In addition to creating the comfortable ergonomic housing, the project involves the reconstruction of the beaches, the development of the new tourist routes in the region, the development of the social infrastructure and the improvement of the transport connection with the city center.
