House No. 8 of the second stage of construction is built of red brick. Partitions between apartments and rooms are made of high-quality aerated concrete. The building differs from other new buildings in Odessa:
- There is an elevator, which, according to building regulations, is not mandatory for a five-story building.
- Spacious basement with storerooms and free space for strollers, bicycles and electric scooters
- Heating in front rooms
- Individual heating in each apartment.
Residents of the house have access to a closed yard. There is no car in it. All the conditions for recreation and sports are created here.
