На выбор доступно 6 типов планировок от 16 до 66 м.кв. Также есть возможность подобрать необходимый ремонт: черновая отделка, готовый ремонт или квартира с ремонтом, мебелью и техникой.
Наполнение городка KEKS соответствует потребностям современных городских жителей — в каждом дворе есть зона барбекю с мангалом и беседкой, кухонный сад для выращивания свежей зелени и овощей, а на территории городка — спортивная и детская площадки, зеленый лабиринт, зона для выгула домашних животных.
