The #ZEZMAN_city concept is internationally recognized!

The URBAN MARKET project from the developer ZEZMAN received an award from authoritative European experts at the international real estate competition European Property Awards 2021-2022.

For 26 years in the UK, the world's leading experts in urbanism, architecture and real estate have identified the best projects on every continent. This year we presented to the jury the multifunctional complex URBAN MARKET, which combines a kindergarten, a school, a medical center, a farmer's market and creates an infrastructural filling of the ARTVILLE residential town. The project was highly appreciated by professional experts and won the Mixed Use Development category.

The project is being implemented from the 1st quarter of 2021 on the territory of the ARTVILLE residential town with the support of the Avangard territorial community.
