ZEZMAN is a reliable developer, partner and employer. We have successfully overcome the pandemic, the changes the value of the dollar and other disruptions that foremost affect the real estate market. In each such economic crisis, we didn't stop construction, but, on the contrary, increased production capacity and launched new projects.
We have been building residential complexes since the first day of the war. In each of them we carry out the works allowed by military administration of the city.
The first stage of the construction is goint to be ready to rent: we are making repairs in the apartments. We carry out engineering communications to the city. At the same time, we are establishing the supply of building materials to restore the full construction cycle.
Two big events were planned for ARTVILLE this spring: the settlement of houses №14 and №15. And we didn't change our plans! On March 15, the keys to the house were handed over №14.
We are actively preparing to the rent of the next house - we make repairs in the apartments and connect all utilities.
In the rest of the houses we carry out facade works, perform the laying of interior walls, bring engineering communications.
ZEZMAN doesn't stop the construction of residential complexes, thus showing economic patriotism. We understand how important business is for the country's economy, so we do everything we can to preserve it, attract new investors and fulfill our obligations to existing ones.
