Building and land development is my passion and life-time occupation. For more than 30 years I have been creating business in different countries of the world- from Israel to Ukraine, from China to Europe. My experience, professional expertise and desire to construct successful development projects inspired me to launch ZEZMAN holding.
Translated from Hebrew ZEZMAN means "the time has come". And I believe that for us the time has come to create outstanding projects that are able to change people's life for better.
Today ZEZMAN is a self-sufficient business system which comprises all the stages of construction of residential and recreational projects: from land development and engineering to building and public infrastructure creation. I am proud to tell you about the mission of our holding, my strong team and projects that we carry out.
