For several years, local residents suffocated with an unbearable stench and complained to city authorities, but there was no money in the budget to repair the sewer.

The city authorities asked the ZEZMAN group of companies to help in the reconstruction of the collector, to which they received a positive response. For us, as a responsible developer, the priority is not only concern in the development of our projects, in particular the ARTVILLE residential town, but also the urban infrastructure.

The commission of the Odessa City Council accepted the work, and a new sewer collector with a length of 550 meters and a diameter of 1000 mm is connected to the city sewerage system.

In addition, we decided that the road should not be left as it was before the reconstruction of the emergency sewer, and therefore we started asphalting the road on Samoletnaya Street.

“I am very glad that we have socially responsible developers in Odessa who take on some of the problems of the city. We assess this socially important project as an excellent example of the developer's concern not only for the residents of houses under construction, but also for the entire surrounding area and the city as a whole. It would be great if other construction companies followed this positive example,” said Anatoly Orlovsky, First Deputy of the Odessa Mayor.
