The URBAN MARKET project prodused by ZEZMAN developer received the award of reputable European experts of the European Real Estate Awards 2021-2022.

For 26 years, the world's leading experts in urban planning, architecture and real estate have been identifying the best projects on every continent. This year we presented to the jury the multifunctional complex URBAN MARKET, which combines a kindergarten, school, medical center, farmers' market and creates the infrastructure of the residential complex ARTVILLE. The project was highly praised by professional experts and won the Mixed Use Development category.
