Laureate of the nomination

ZEZMAN won the iBiuld Ukrainian Construction Award in the nomination "Best Landscaping and Infrastructure Concept" for the implementation of the "Capsular Park" project.

The award is held under the auspices of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine - the largest association in the construction industry of our country. ZEZMAN received a nomination for the project "Capsular Park", implemented in the residential area of ​​ARTVILLE. This is a unique architectural and landscape solution that fills the space between the houses and devides it. The green hill increases the area of ​​the courtyard, and the integrated capsules form separate locations for comfortable recreation and klatches of people of all the ages and interests. In addition to recreation areas, sports capsules and playgrounds, there are various services and cafes.
