The construction of facade walls from aerated concrete blocks on the 9th floor has begun. The work is progressing at a rapid pace.

The next stage is the construction of inter-apartment walls. So we are currently awaiting the delivery of expanded clay blocks

Another stage of the UM-2 construction has been completed! Reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures on the 10th floor has been completed

The last warm weeks of autumn and good weather contribute to comfortable conditions and acceleration of work, so our specialists have already moved to the 8th floor, where they are erecting facade walls from aerated concrete blocks.

We are pleased to announce that the installation of staircases on the upper floors in the UM-2 and UM-3 buildings has been completed.

The installation of the stairs ensures safe access to the upper floors, as well as the possibility of moving to the next stages of construction
