The Lizrome project team continues to actively move on schedule — one of the most important stages of construction has now been completed, and the next one has begun.
Foundation Slab Concreting Completed
The concreting of the foundation slab was recently fully completed. The work was performed in accordance with the technical design, with strict adherence to building codes.
- Base preparation and installation of the rebar cage have been carried out.
- Concreting was performed using a high-quality concrete mix.
- Proper conditions were ensured for the concrete slab to gain strength.
After this process is complete, the slab will withstand the vertical loads from the entire building and will guarantee the structure's longevity.
Basement Vertical Element Reinforcement Has Begun
In parallel, the next stage has already started: the reinforcement of the vertical elements of the basement level. This involves installing rebar cages for the basement walls and columns, which will later be filled with concrete.
These elements form the framework of the lower part of the building, which will include:
- technical rooms,
- as well as space for a future parking lot.
The reinforcement is performed according to the project, taking into account all calculations for loads and waterproofing. Such precision not only guarantees the reliability of the structures but also ensures the effective use of the space in the future.

The reliability of any building begins with its foundation — the foundation slab. And its quality installation is impossible without proper concrete preparation.
What we are performing:
- Concrete preparation for the foundation slab. This stage provides a level, stable base for subsequent work. We use dense concrete of the appropriate grade, which prevents the structure from settling and ensures the building's longevity.
- Forming rebar blanks. In the next stage, we form rebar elements for future reinforcement. This allows us to create an integral and rigid structure that can withstand loads.
- Starting the reinforcement of the foundation slab. We use proven materials and adhere to technical standards to ensure maximum slab strength. Reinforcement is the “skeleton” of the foundation, bearing the main load from the building.
Every stage is performed with millimeter precision. We care not only about quality but also about the technological sequence of work.

What's new at the Lizrome construction site? At the Lizrome residential complex construction site, important steps towards creating a comfortable and modern living space are happening daily. This week, the team completed a key stage: the installation of the foundation slab for the tower crane.
What has already been done?
- Base preparation — thorough leveling and compaction of the soil have been carried out to ensure the stability of the structure.
- Reinforcement — the rebar cage has been assembled in accordance with all project documentation requirements. This is crucial for the reliability and durability of the concrete base.
- Concreting — the work has been completed precisely according to technical standards: certified concrete was used, and temperature and curing times were observed.
Next stage
Once the concrete slab reaches the required strength, the construction team will continue work on the site — the installation of the tower crane will allow us to proceed to the active phase of constructing the structures.

What has been done?
Over the past few weeks, specialists have completed a complex and technically important set of works, which included:
- The installation of bored injection sheet piles to create a temporary but reliable excavation enclosure.
- The concreting of the tie beam, which connects the sheet piles into a single structure and acts as additional reinforcement for the entire system.
Why is this necessary?
A sheet pile wall is not just an engineering necessity. This solution:
- prevents soil collapse in a deep pit;
- allows for safe excavation work even near existing infrastructure;
- ensures long-term stability of the construction site;
- allows the excavation geometry to be maintained for precise installation of the foundation slabs.
