Building No. 3 of the KEKS residential town belongs to the first stage of construction. This is a comfortable and modern building, which has all the conditions for a comfortable life in a picturesque suburb of Odessa and as close as possible to the city.
Many free services have been created in the building, which are already used by residents. Among them are a free room for storing strollers and bicycles, a cozy yard without cars, a barbecue area, a children's playground, a sports area, gazebos and benches, modern elevators, which are not mandatory in five-story buildings.
