We are currently installing plumbing in the apartments on the lower floors. We carefully fasten everything and check it during work to make sure there are no leaks. After all, your further comfortable stay depends on it.

Our specialists are installing electrical fittings in the apartments on the lower floors! This is another step towards the comfort of future residents.

All sockets are conveniently located so that you can easily and effectively use them to connect electrical appliances

Our cleaning fairy is actively cleaning the apartments, which means that later there will be a transfer to investors.

We always care about your first impression of your new home, so we make it shine. All you have to do is furnish it to your taste.

So the next apartments on the 4th floor are already waiting for their owners, and as usual, we will film your emotions when handing over the keys

We are completing the installation of windows on the 8th floor.

So now we are looking forward to a new batch of windows for the 7th floor, to continue the work, bringing the project closer to a new stage!
