A behavioral system of 32 principles that forms the team’s cognitive code. The principles are organized into 4 chapters:

  • Ethical (responsibility and transparency)

  • Phygital (cities of the future)
Each chapter is connected to the fundamental values of TEN.

Happiness

Builds emotional resilience and inner energy.

Principles: faith, optimism, freedom of choice, family support, cultural roots, peace, potential realization.

Ethical

Defines interaction within the team and with partners.

Principles: personal responsibility, ethics, transparency, honesty, empathy, openness, feedback, adherence to standards.

Business

Focused on growth, systemization, and results.

Principles: OKR/KPI, strategic planning, branding, operational efficiency, risk management, scaling, financial sustainability.

Phygital

Embodies the vision of new-generation digital-physical cities.

is an ecosystem of communities (Community Chapters) united by the values, philosophy, and lifestyle of ZEZMAN Worldview (TEN: Time, Environment, Nature). We create not just infrastructure, but an environment where people interact, inspire each other, and form a new culture of urban living.
Each Chapter is a thematic community with its own leader, direction, and initiatives. They operate in both physical and digital formats (Phygital Ecosystem), organically integrating into urban space.

Systematic assistance to the frontline

At charity events like Park Sale, residents and employees raise funds for the 92nd Assault Brigade. Everything is handmade: from borscht to flags.

Shell painting -
art as support

Employees joined a creative evening at ARTVILLE where they painted shells. The proceeds were donated to the Armed Forces through the What The Fund foundation.

Color of Peace

An initiative by the CEO, ZEZMAN Holdings employees, and residents: over 1,500 Ukrainian flags in windows and patriotic murals in Odessa — as a response to enemy information warfare and a sign of resilience.
