User Agreement

The User Agreement text set out below (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is addressed to an indefinite group of persons, visitors of the website: https://zezman.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and/or the ZEZMAN mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile Application”) and/or other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “ZEZMAN Holding Online Platform”), when using, ordering, corresponding, making phone calls, leaving reviews, etc. on the Website.
This Agreement constitutes a public offer within the meaning of the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine. The performance of conclusive actions by individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “User”/“Buyer”, and in plural “Users”/“Buyers”) aimed at using the Website and/or Mobile Application shall be deemed unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of all terms of this Agreement. The User hereby acknowledges that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and concluding the Agreement on the terms set forth herein. In the event that any part of this User Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain valid.
The User Agreement defines the general terms for creating a personal user account, placing and accepting orders for fulfillment, using the services, and the marketing aspects of the interaction between the User and the Website and/or Mobile Application, etc.
If you, as a User, do not agree with this User Agreement, you must not use the Website and/or Mobile Application. Please review this Agreement periodically, as changes to the Agreement indicate that you accept them from the moment such changes are made.
The User, by accepting this Agreement, consents to the Processing and protection of their personal data, to the extent, in the manner, and for the purposes and objectives of Processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”).
We value the User’s right to privacy and the non-disclosure of their personal information. This User Agreement is a rule applied to all Users of our service and governs the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the Website and/or Mobile Application, when placing an order, corresponding, having a phone conversation, or engaging in any other communication involving the exchange of data/information.

The new version of the Agreement shall come into force from the moment it is posted on the Site and/or the Mobile Application, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the page at: https://zezman.ua/ua/app-terms.
