All the projects of the holding are created in the unified ZEZMAN CITY concept, which involves the well-balanced development of territories, the construction of modern infrastructure and the creation of the best conditions for improving the quality of people's life. The holding's project portfolio includes residential complexes ARTVILLE and KEKS, multifunctional complex URBAN MARKET, architectural landscape park, educational center ARTVILLE Urban School and coworking space ZEZMAN/Hub.

Today we are building a polycentric model of the Odessa agglomeration - when the areas adjacent to Odessa become modern developed centers of attraction for residents, business and investments. Our goal is to become a national developer. By creating new cities throughout the country, we aim to create a civilizational model for the development of Ukraine, which will help enter the list of developed countries.

Today we are preparing to launch the creation of two new cities at once using the principles of modern urbanism, which will help to rethink the life of an entire territory, fill it with European aesthetics and a new level of comfort.
